He has built and led a growing organization of 50+ trained professionals supporting life care planners, attorneys, QME/IME physicians, vocational rehabilitation experts, and other medico-legal professionals across the United States.

Under his leadership, the organization emphasizes accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and clear communication. Amit is deeply involved in process design, quality control, and client coordination, ensuring that complex medical records are delivered in a structured, reliable, and litigation-ready format. His long-standing experience in the healthcare and medico-legal space allows him to understand the practical needs of experts and planners who rely on precise medical documentation to support their opinions.

Neeti Tiwari is an accomplished operations and management professional with more than 10 years of leadership experience. She holds three Master’s degrees, including an MBA, and plays a central role in overseeing daily operations, workforce management, and client delivery standards.

She has extensive experience managing both domestic and international clients and has successfully built and scaled remote healthcare support teams. Neeti is also an entrepreneur with hands-on expertise in medical transcription and healthcare documentation services. Her strengths include workflow optimization, staff training, quality assurance, and maintaining consistent service delivery across high-volume projects.

Her structured approach and strong managerial oversight ensure operational efficiency, data confidentiality, and dependable turnaround times, making her an integral part of the organization’s leadership team.
